Our Story

Icon Style is a vintage lover's dream brought to life! Located in the heart of New York City’s historic Upper West Side neighborhood, the space is beautifully furnished with restored antique apothecary cases and library ladders. This enchanting shop houses a collection of fine, silver, costume, and designer pieces spanning from the early nineteenth century to the present. Icon Style has been inspiring and adorning people the world over with beautiful, distinctive pieces of vintage jewelry and fashion for over 15 years.

Owner Lara Kornbluh began her career as a fine art metalsmith, but in 1997, the world of vintage and antique jewelry captured her imagination; she has been in the trade ever since! Traveling the world to acquire a diverse selection of vintage treasures and working as a stylist for film, television, and publications, Kornbluh has developed a talent for styling and sourcing unique finds that keeps Icon Style's diverse clientele coming back for more.

Egyptian Revival, Czech glass, Georgian, Victorian, Art Deco, and serpent jewelry are all well-represented in Icon Style's collection. You will also find collectibles from Miriam Haskell, Georg Jensen and Chanel-- to name a few!
